Acceptable Use Policy
Last Updated: November 12, 2025
1. Purpose & Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy specifies the behavior and deployment rules that buyers must respect when customizing, compiling, and executing codebases provided by the freelance developers of TomHan Digital.
2. Prohibited Content & Deployments
We build clean, blank application templates. You agree **NOT** to compile, host, or distribute the software to:
- Integrate, stream, or distribute unlicensed IPTV channels, copyrighted video files, pirated audio streams, or television feeds that violate local copyright laws.
- Deploy server scripts designed to bypass paid TV subscriptions, manage pirated video playlists (M3U), or intercept authenticated streams.
- Conduct illegal network scanning, denial of service (DoS) attacks, or host malware payloads on backend servers.
3. Developer Security & Token Enforcement
We do not monitor your self-hosted backend servers. However, we reserve the right to take immediate action on your developer accounts:
- Token Revocation: If we receive valid DMCA reports or verified claims that our compiled codebase is being used to stream unlicensed copyright materials, we will immediately cancel your Git repository access tokens and terminate your support SLA without notice or refund.
- Access Blocks: Any attempt to reverse engineer or hack our token authorization validation endpoints will result in an immediate block of your IP address range.
4. Legal Compliance Responsibility
The buyer is **100% responsible** for verifying that the compiled application layout and data streams comply with the regulatory codes of the target countries where the app is distributed. You agree to bear all legal and financial responsibility for any actions brought by ISPs, government bodies, or copyright owners against your deployed platforms.
