Privacy Policy
Last Updated: November 12, 2025
1. Data Collection & Purpose
We operate on a data-minimization model. We collect only the essential details required to process your transaction receipts, grant Git repository access, and issue developer seat tokens:
- Developer Info: Your name and email address provided during checkout or support requests.
- Build Staging Info: Staging keys or transaction IDs used to distribute sandbox application packages (.apk).
2. Third-Party Payment Processing
All transaction data is processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways (Stripe and PayPal). We do not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, PayPal passwords, or financial credentials on our servers. Financial data is governed solely by the privacy frameworks of Stripe and PayPal.
3. Absolute Data Responsibility Disclaimer (Self-Hosted Backends)
We deliver clean, un-compiled source code packages and RESTful backend architectures.
- Self-Hosting: Once the source code is delivered, you are solely responsible for compiling, hosting, configuring, and securing your database servers.
- Zero Liability: We do not host client database servers and have no access to client-end user databases. We assume **zero responsibility** for database breaches, SQL injections, data leaks, GDPR non-compliance, or unauthorized access occurring on servers hosted or configured by the buyer.
4. Security Standards for our Staging Channels
We force SSL encryption (HTTPS) across all our communication portals. Staging keys and repository tokens are stored using standardized hashing practices to prevent MITM interception.
5. GDPR & CCPA Compliance for Purchase Records
You have the right to request a copy of your email registration, transaction receipts, or demand the removal of your support history. Tax-relevant transaction documents required for freelance auditing purposes will be preserved as mandated by local laws. To submit a query, contact [email protected].
