Refund & Sandbox Evaluation Policy

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

Because our software packages contain digital assets, full source code repositories, database structures, and companion platform ports that are immediately accessible and downloadable upon purchase validation, **all sales are final**. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transaction cancellations under any circumstances once the access token or codebase is generated.

2. 14-Day Staging & Sandbox Evaluation

To ensure our software packages meet your expectations and align with your target systems before you place an order, we offer a **14-day free staging/sandbox build evaluation**.

• Sandbox App Build: Upon request, we will provide a pre-compiled sandbox evaluation build of the Android application client (.apk) so you can test performance, decoder compatibility, and layout scaling.
• Staging Dashboard: We can provide access to a mock staging environment of the database and API dashboard to let you explore backend structures and administration tools.
• How to Request: Simply submit a request to our developer solutions desk at [email protected] to receive your staging build and test tokens.

We strongly advise all clients to utilize this 14-day testing period to verify all platform behaviors and system compatibility before making a transaction, as code purchases cannot be refunded.

3. Media Player Software Activations (LBBE Media, Gecko Media, etc.)

For digital license key activations of media player applications (including but not limited to LBBE Media and Gecko Media):

• Software-Only License: Media player licenses are software activation keys only. We do not host, sell, or include any video streams, playlists, or TV channels. You are solely responsible for acquiring and providing your own media content.
• Free Trial Evaluation: A free evaluation/trial period is provided inside the application to verify connection speed, stream loading, and buffering behavior on your device.
• No Buffering Fixes: Activating a paid license key does not affect or improve network latency, buffering, or server load from your media content provider.
• Strict No Refunds: Because license codes are immediately generated and activated, all portal activation fees are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Transaction Protection & Gateway Compliance

This policy is strictly enforced to protect our developer intellectual property, software licensing integrity, and maintain compliance with Stripe and PayPal transaction safety regulations.

• By completing your transaction, you explicitly acknowledge the digital, immediately consumable nature of the software codebase/license key and agree that the free evaluation was made available to you.
• Unjustified chargebacks or dispute filings claiming non-receipt or misrepresentation will be contested with full repository access logs, Git push timestamps, sandbox delivery records, or device MAC activation receipts.
