End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant & Scope

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and the freelance developers of TomHan Digital. It governs your acquisition, compilation, and modification of our software codebases, database models, and platform ports.

Upon checkout confirmation and delivery of repository tokens, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable developer license to use, modify, and compile the source code solely under your brand, subject to the purchase tier and constraints of this agreement.

2. Strict Source Code Restrictions

You explicitly agree NOT to permit others to:

  • Redistribute, sell, leak, lease, share, or publish the raw source code files, database schemas, or platform wrappers in public Git repositories, forums, or template marketplaces.
  • Resell the software package or parts of the codebase as a standalone template or competitive app development kit.
  • Bypass developer seat quotas or share repository access tokens with unauthorized developers outside your team seat allocation.

3. Zero Content Representation (Crucial Disclaimer)

The software codebase, player modules, and API layouts are delivered blank and do not contain any media, channels, playlists, or content of any kind.

  • You warrant that all streams, feeds, and multimedia content configured, transmitted, or played inside the compiled applications are fully licensed and comply with local intellectual property regulations.
  • We assume **zero liability** for copyright disputes, legal actions, or stream blocks resulting from content configured inside the application by the Licensee or their designated end-users.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties (AS IS)

THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". THE DEVELOPERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING COMPATIBILITY WITH FUTURE TELEVISION OPERATING SYSTEMS, BROWSER RENDERING ENGINES, OR APP STORE ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA. YOU ACCEPTS ALL RISK CONCERNING COMPILATION, TESTING, DEPLOYMENT, AND SYSTEM PERFORMANCE.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, DEPLOYMENT FAILURE, OPERATIONAL DOWNTIME, SECURITY EXPLOITS, OR LEGAL LIABILITIES INCURRED BY THE LICENSEE USING THE DEPLOYED APPLICATIONS.

6. Legal Framework & Non-Entity Status

TomHan Digital is a freelance developer brand name and does not constitute a legally incorporated corporation, LLC, partnership, or employment group. No corporate liability or employee-agent relationship is created.
